Getting Started with PiTrade

Ready to start your trading journey? This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced investor, we'll walk you through everything you need to know.

Step 1: Download the App

Visit your device's app store and search for "PiTrade" or visit pitrade.com/download

  • Free to download
  • No credit card required to explore

Step 2: Create Your Account

  1. Open the PiTrade app
  2. Tap "Begin Sign Up"
  3. Enter your unique username, email address and create a strong password
  4. Tap "Sign up"
  5. Verify using one time secret shared over email

That's it! Your account is created.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

  • Click on "Set Up Trading Account" button on the home screen
  • Confirm your citizenship
  • Enter your full name, date of birth, and residential address.
  • Provide your social security number (SSN) or relevant tax identification number.
  • Submit a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.

Step 4: Set Up Your Trading Account

  • Answer questions about your net worth, sources of wealth, investment experience and financial goals.
  • Respond to all compliance-related inquiries.
  • Sign all agreements and documents as required.
  • Complete any available pending task or questionnaire.

Note: Approval times may vary, you will receive a notification once your account is verified.

  1. Click on the Add Bank Account button on the Investment Profile confirmation screen or go to Funding Options in the app and Select Add a Bank Account.
  2. Enter your banking details and complete the verification process.

Processing: Usually 24-48 hours. You'll get a notification when approved.

Step 6: Add Funds

  • Click on the Add Funds button on the Bank Account confirmation screen or go to Wallet section in Account tab.
  • Enter the amount (minimum $10)
  • Tap "Deposit"

Note: It might take upto 5 hours for the deposit to show.

Step 7: Start Investing

Explore the platform and begin placing trades.
